Deadlines & late rule: Claude Code 101 by 21 Jun, Claude Code in Action by 28 Jun, baseline demo by 10 Jul. A cert done on time scores the full 15; done late scores half (7.5); not done scores 0. Dates show green (on time) or red (late).
Scored individually, not part of the group total. Each person who opts in sends a one-paragraph proposal to JC and Keval by 3 Jul, gets it reviewed at the end of Week 3, then builds in the Week 5 sprint for the 17 Jul showcase. JC judges the best agent.
